Hydrofoil

Goal 1: Prove that a fuctional hydrofoil can be built using an off the shelf 3D-printer and carbon fiber materials
Goal 2: Develop a hydrofoil test-bed for winglet experimentation and other modifiers to improve lift to drag ratios
